He's right, the intro for this is wicked sick. The mastering on your drums is pretty damned nice as well. and the choral stabs are beautiful ( i'm a sucker for choral stabs) You really managed to get that punch in the mid-lows on your kick, which really gives it the power it needs :D
only thing I could possibly reccomend for this song would be
more low end ( not necessarily a bass line just something else down there)
variation in the drums ( The problem with producing DNB is that it's really easy to get a drum beat going on that you like without much change to it)
:D

Grimey, grungy and fantastic. Alot going on, you really do well with your soundscapes. Takes me to a place I haven't been in a while.
Author's Response:
I spend a lot of time just programming the synthesizers, tweaking samples and whatnot to have a unique sound before even writing with them.
Then commence writing, and commence song progression.

now THIS is fantastic :D the synthwork is spectacular, the drum sequencing works really well here. The only thing I could possibly reccomend is a bit more work on the mastering, your low end is really squashing everything else out. But other than that this is a superb track :)

Thanks nub! :D
Sorry my reply was so late!
And yeah, we haven't quite 'mastered' mastering yet, har har. Thanks for the tip though :)

This is absolutely fantastic. I actually had an idea to do something along these lines a ways back, but I didn't feel the ending was going to be good ahah

But I was not a fan of that breakdown in the middle. Remember, just because it's a glitch song doesn't mean you have to make a melody with so much dissonance.
I liked it up until about the halfway mark. But keep up the glitching, you're getting better with it.
Author's Response:
Funny that you mention dissonance. I do not make a single step outside of the chord progression or even the scale in the whole song, i just use a degrader in the breakcore bit and some crusher-FX.
Anyways! glad you liked it, but if you don't like the harder part well...
I'dd say, you don't like breakcore in general, because nothing really is dissonant (:

Though, I'll be honest. I wouldn't really call it IDM haha, but it's got a very crisp vibe to it. Very clean, alot of time put into these and I like that. I was expecting a bit more glitch, but I can deal with this pretty easily.
Keep it up guys, Look forward to hearing more from you guys soon :)
