This is sick as hell. Love the breaks :D

RetromanOMG responds:

What, you liked it? Wow, that's amazing! I've been under this cloud for the past week because I didn't think you'd like it, but really?

I think I might actually make those editions now. Thanks.

;) ;D

SessileNomad responds:

Spice up the pad, keep the delayed shaker.

poopr1221 responds:

Haha. Duly noted.

beautiful

Rig and poopr nailed everything I could say. Fantastic stuff man.

Spikrodd responds:

Dude, why is it so hard to get a hold of you!?

jesus

There is some emotion here man. And if I'm not mistaken, this is actually you playing, and not a sequenced piano line. I don't understand why your score is so low, but you've got a 5/5 and 10/10 from me. This is beautiful man. I can't think of anything that I'd change about this.

Baldev responds:

HOLY CRAP thank you sooo MUCH coming from the artist of Wizards Finale that means sooo much! Thank You, just a simple Kentucky boy playing wow thank you! oh and yes it is a real piano its actually a White Grand Piano at my church its pretty sweet (Yamaha)

:) :)

came across this from checking the people responding in my forums. This is fantastic. Really dark atmosphere coming out of this song. The mix is absolutely clean. I just want to chew on this for a little bit.

InvisibleObserver responds:

The mix was a nightmare despite being less then 10 tracks.

Genre

I like to call this: weaboo battle jams.

Also, 90% of the music in bayonetta sounds like this lol.

KgZ responds:

Sweet, im an american videogame composer who writes music for japan, hahaha

First song, we've all been there.

Ok brosif Here's a review for ya :)

You've already mentioned that you're aware that your samples need to be changed.

Your kick just doesn't have that "kick" that it should for drum and bass. You get that from layering kicks. Your snare should be loud and sharp like a glock going off next to your head. I hear what you're trying to do. Don't use FLstudio's little step sequencer it's terrible. If you want to get those awesome sounds you need to cut up wav samples. Start with an amen break if you have to to get the feel for it. Check out my tutorial on youtube :) It'll give you an idea of how to get going :D

ohh dblue glitch

such a fantastic piece of software, especially if used correctly. I don't use it as is anymore. Though I do use it to resample specific hits.

Good emotions

You do a good job of portraying emotion here. The thick pad celloesque thing that pops up is great, but that high beep lead is almost too abrasive to fit in the song. cut some of the highs from here and you've got a fantastic piece of work :D

bob6294 responds:

Haha yeah. The reason why I actually made this song was because I was messing around with a sound, and I stumbled upon the pulsing bass. I'll see what I can do about that high lead sound.
Thanks for the review!

I once taught a fish how to walk on land. He was grateful enough to teach me how to swim. (dude)
